Xamfra Brut Gran Reserva-Spain
This Cava Reserva has been resting in deep and dark cellars for a period of 48 months minimum. Thanks to this long resting period this Cava has a fine bubble, persistent and long-lasting. Another wine from the blazing 2003 vintage, but unlike the Côtes du Rhonè this is made to
exhibit structure and complexity, with spice, pepper and leather on the nose as well as intense
